  • Represent the company professionally and truthfully.
  • Market only verified and available properties.
  • Do not negotiate on behalf of the company.
  • Follow approved communication guidelines.
  • Submit complete client details when making referrals.
  • Commission is paid only on successfully completed transactions.
  • All referrals must be properly registered with the company.
  • Commission rates are subject to the company's approved structure.
  • Commission payments are processed according to company policy.
  • Keep client information strictly confidential.
  • Do not share company or client documents without authorization.
  • Use client information only for legitimate business purposes.
  • Protect all sensitive information received from the company.
  • Affiliates who fail to comply with company policies, partnership guidelines, or agreed terms may face suspension, loss of commission, or termination of their affiliate partnership.
  • 5% Commission — Earned when the affiliate personally facilitates and successfully completes the property sale.
  • 3% Commission — Applicable when the company completes a transaction generated through a lead referred by the affiliate.
  • 1–3% Commission — Payable on successfully raised funds for approved project investment opportunities.
  • 1–5% Commission — Applicable to the mutually agreed land value for qualifying joint venture projects.
  • Payment-Based Commission — Commissions are payable only on funds successfully received from the client.
  • Withholding Tax (WHT) — A 5% WHT applies to individual affiliates, while 10% applies to corporate organisations.
  • Flexible Commission Terms — Commission rates may differ based on the project, promotional or discounted sales, and the structure of the transaction. The company reserves the right to review and adjust commission arrangements where necessary.
