CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Kabir Umar Gano is the Chief Executive Officer of Alphabait Realty Limited, a Real Estate Company in Abuja and drives the overall business strategy of the Company from September 2022 to Date. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Brains and Hammers Affordable where he championed the company’s N64bn project from 2018 to 2022. As the COO affordable, he was responsible for positioning the organization as the go-to partner for governments and private businesses who desire a viable partner in affordable housing development across the country. He was also the Director Special Projects, and Head HR from 2016 to 2018.
Before joining Brains & Hammers, he was the Head HR & Chief Admin Officer – Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) from 2014 to 2015. A consummate business leader, Kabir started his professional career as a human resource professional and has over 15 years of experience in that field. His track record includes his growing to the role of Regional Human Resource Operations Head, MTN Nigeria from 2003 to 2014. His business acumen means he is a ready resource in business development, project risk assessment, and strategic decision-making processes.
A graduate of Bayero University Kano and Coventry University, UK. A member of Chartered Institute of Diectors Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK.
